Heating System Cleaner

Instructions:
Add treatment using filling kit, power flushing apparatus or through header tank
Shake bottle and add entire contents
DO NOT USE with direct feed hot water cylinder
Run entire system hot for at least an hour and up to one week on normal heating cycle
Flush system until water runs clear
Add inhibitor to system when refilling to protect against corrosion and limescale
Bleed radiators if necessary after treatment

Technical Information:
Highly effective biocide specifically formulated for microbial growth control over a wide spectrum of bacteria and other micro-organisms, found in heating systems with low temperature waters such as underfloor heating and wet circuits of air source heat pumps. Prevents the formation of damaging metabolite by-products which cause microbial induced corrosion (MIC). It can be used to prevent bacterial growth or for cleaning and sterilising. Prevents the reoccurrence of jelly-like biofilm in feed and expansion tanks. Compatible with all materials commonly used in central heating construction. Do not use with PRIMATIC single-feed cylinders.

Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection/ face protection.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing, If eye irritaion persists: Get medical advise/ attention.

Heating System Inhibited Antifreeze

Features:

Long-Term protection against corrosion and limescale

For use in accordance with BS7593:2019

Instructions:
Add this treatment via a drained radiator, Power Flush machine or through the Feed and Expansion tank.
After treatment engage the circulation pump for 1-2 hours to evenly distribute.
Bleed radiators to remove any trapped air.

Inhibited Antifreeze is a glycol based closed-loop central heating antifreeze with corrosion and scale inhibitors.
Its use provides a wider operating temperature range than water alone, together with excellent heat transfer properties across the extended temperature span.
It is non-toxic and non-volatile.
It is suitable for use with steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium and all plastics commonly used in heating system construction.

Heating Transfer Fluid

Instructions:
Add this treatment via a filter, a drained radiator, Power Flush machine or through the Feed and Expansion tank.
After treatment engage the circulation pump for 1-2 hours to evenly distribute.
Vent system to remove any trapped air.
Additional treatment may be added to reduce the system’s freezing point (see table).
Preferentially, the product should be diluted with demineralised water, softened water or ‘mains’ (naturally soft or hard) water.
Overdose is preferable to under dose.

Heating System External Leak Sealer

Features:
For all types of joints and fittings

Ideal for temporary repairs
Cures in 1 hour

Instructions:
Remove cap & pierce seal. Relieve water pressure while applying & curing. Ensure both surfaces are free from grease, oil, dirt and detergent. Apply a small amount to one surface only. Tool within 5 minutes if required. Assemble joint. Replace cap immediately after use. Avoid contact with chrome and gold plated decorative fittings.

Contains 4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one; [DCOIT].
May cause an allergic skin reaction.
